This work supports you to understand what is happening within your career — not just externally, but internally. Whether you are navigating a difficult workplace, experiencing misalignment, questioning your next step, or seeking greater confidence in leadership and decision-making, these sessions help you slow down and see your situation clearly. Rather than offering generic advice or prescriptive answers, Sonita’s approach centres self-direction. Together, you explore what is shaping your experience, where your energy is being drained or misdirected, and what changes are needed to move forward with clarity and steadiness. The focus is on realistic pathways, honest reflection, and decisions that align with your values rather than external pressure. Career coaching sessions may support you with: ~ navigating challenging or toxic work environments. ~ clarifying career direction or next steps. ~ leadership development and confidence. ~ work–life balance and sustainable performance. ~ decision-making during periods of transition or uncertainty. This is not about chasing titles or forcing progress. Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If within 24 hours- payment will be forfeited. No refunds will be given. Missed appointments will not be rescheduled. Unused minutes will be forfeited. Pre-recorded videos will aim to answer all questions during the allocated time slot. One question per sentence is accepted. In the event of a session exceeding pre-purchased - each additional minute will be charged at $5 per minute payable immediately after the session. Time remaining alerts will be given at 3 minutes and 1 minute. Sonita Singh reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at their discretion. Aggressive, rude or vulgar language and behaviours will not be tolerated and the session will be terminated immediately. Any psychic insight/ guidance does not replace seeking professional legal, medical and/or financial advice.
