Sonita Singh’s coaching is grounded in self-direction. Rather than offering external answers or quick fixes, the work supports you to understand what is operating within you — and how to work with it skillfully. Drawing on evidence-based frameworks, psychological insight, and lived experience, Sonita brings together what genuinely helps people move, choose, and evolve. Sessions work across the emotional, mental, intuitive, and physical layers of your experience, supporting these parts to function together rather than in conflict. This is not about fixing you or forcing change. It is about learning how to listen inward, respond with clarity, and lead yourself with greater confidence and steadiness. The work is reflective, practical, and deeply human. It creates space to slow down, name what is true, and design your life from the inside out — guided by understanding rather than pressure. If you are ready to navigate complexity honestly, build self-trust, and become a lifelong learner of your own inner system, Sonita offers a calm, thoughtful space to do that work. Grounded coaching, not therapy or intuitive consulting.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If within 24 hours- payment will be forfeited. No refunds will be given. Missed appointments will not be rescheduled. Unused minutes will be forfeited. Pre-recorded videos will aim to answer all questions during the allocated time slot. One question per sentence is accepted. In the event of a session exceeding pre-purchased - each additional minute will be charged at $5 per minute payable immediately after the session. Time remaining alerts will be given at 3 minutes and 1 minute. Sonita Singh reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at their discretion. Aggressive, rude or vulgar language and behaviours will not be tolerated and the session will be terminated immediately. Any psychic insight/ guidance does not replace seeking professional legal, medical and/or financial advice.
